New Enrollments
If you are transitioning from middle school that feeds into Del Norte, the paperwork process is handled at your school site. Please return completed CRFs to your middle school Language Arts teacher.
New To PUSD 2016-17:
Enrollment at Del Norte is dependent on your residence. Check your address here to determine if you live within our boundaries. Click here to find all of the necessary PUSD 2016-17 enrollment documents. You also must complete the Del Norte signature page, which can be found at the bottom of this page. Print out and complete all these documents before your enrollment appointment.
New enrollment appointments for the 2017-2018 school year will be held in May and August. Please email Tricia Sutherland for an appointment.
You will need to bring the following to your enrollment appointment:
  1. Original birth certificate, current passport or baptismal certificate
  2. Residency form with two different forms of residency verification
  3. Checkout/withdrawal form from previous school
  4. Unofficial transcript
  5. Immunization verification, including varicella and Tdap booster (after 10th birthday) (click here for complete immunization list required)
  6. PUSD Enrollment Form
  7. PUSD Signature Verification Page
  8. CIF Athletic Clearance
  9. Student Health Info Sheet
  10. Transfer of Student Records form
  11. DNHS Signature Verification Page
  12. Approved IDT (if applicable)
  13. Signed and notarized Caregiver forms (if applicable)
2017-18 Enrollment Documents:
Once you have all of these documents prepared and ready, please email for an enrollment appointment. Documents can completed, scanned, and emailed to Mrs. Sutherland or Mrs. Reich.

If you do not live within Del Norte's boundaries and are interested in requesting a transfer, please click here for instructions. If you have an approved Intra District Transfer to attend Del Norte, please bring in: a copy of your approved IDT form, two proofs of residence, and a completed Del Norte Course Request Form. You do not need to make an appointment.
